A person who suffers from Asthma can eat barley, chickpea, wheat, goat milk, garlic, honey, eggplant, raisins, cardamom, cinnamon, and Triphala. The asthma patient should remain in a warm environment, use warm water for bath and drink. Take 2 grams of dry ginger and turmeric each in warm milk and consume it. Also, take date palms and raisins with milk for controlling asthma.
