Sock two dry figs in a cup of water every night and eat the fully swelled figs in the morning on empty stomach. Don’t take anything to eat or drink for 45 minutes. Follow the same procedure for the night means sock 2 figs in the morning and consume in the evening.

Prevention

  • Avoid heavy, oily, spicy and fried foods that are difficult to digest.
  • Do not eat food in front of the TV or the disturbed environment as it leads to the infrequent bowel movement.
  • Avoid psychological factors like stress, anxiety, fear, jealousy, and sorrow that lead to bad toilet habits which cause constipation.
